Remarks & Notes

It's dry and windy in the Little Karoo Desert, so many farms have wind driven pumps. A class 19C 4-8-2 passes by one on the line from Oudtshoorn to Klipplaat. The wind is blowing the smoke ahead faster than the train is moving!
