| Sacramento Northern #654 is on its way into Yuba City via the trackage on Bridge Street after crossing over from Marysville on the other side of the Feather River. This was the last segment still under wire of the once extensive SN railroad. It is August of 1964, and by the following Spring, the wire would come down. The Yuba City operation itself continued until 2004 when owner Union Pacific abandoned all remaining trackage. |
