| MCR 36 has just climbed the grade from Bartle to Curtis on its way to Burney. It has the usual consist for that time, empty hoppers for Dicalite at Cayton and empty center beams for the Sierra Pacific Mill in Burney. Due to track conditions, they could no longer make a round trip in one day, so the following day would see loaded cars going back to McCloud. |
