| 'The Welsh Central Liner 2' tour from Crewe to Llandrindod Wells. Purton is on the route between Gloucester and Severn Tunnel Junction which sees reasonable volumes of daylight freight (including steel and fuels) and is particularly worth visiting when the Severn Tunnel is closed for maintenance causing traffic to be diverted via Gloucester. |
