Westbound stacks meet eastbound racks about halfway up Curtis Hill at 1558. Trackwork on Main 2 at Waynoka was bottling up the railroad and right now there are about 5 trains in each direction basically stacked up waiting to get through Foreman Ruiz's Form D limits.
