| Amtrak's Pere Marquette crosses the century-old Kalamazoo River trestle on its morning run to Chicago. The trestle was built in 1907 to replace a wooden one that was destroyed by a derailment. Due to months of below average precipitation, a lower river level has exposed the remnants of that old trestle. |
