| SP 3789 is crossing Reservation Hill West of Schurz, NV with the Thorn Turn. It is heading down the former Mina Branch to the weapons station at Hawthorn. The section South of Thorn to Mina had been abandoned about two years before. The military now owns and operates this section of railroad. |
