| The NS leader (necessary for travelling NS's cab-sigalled ex-Conrail territory) was just cut off at Rockport Yard, to reveal an almost pristine BNSF ACe. The daily 416/417 Powder River trains give railfans one of the best chances of the day to catch foreign power on the predominantly black and white NS. |
