| Eurostar 3219 on train number 9124 from Waterloo to Brussels has raised its 750V pickup shoes and is coasting whilst the pantograph is raised to collect current from the 25,000v overhead system. The train is traversing the link line from Fawkham Junction to Southfleet Junction. This section will cease to be used by Eurostars on November 16th as services will operate from a new terminal at St Pancras North London. London will finally be linked to mainland Europe by a high speed (180mph) line. |
