In the early 1900's, furniture factory buildings lined the Grand River in Grand Rapids, MI. A few have been renovated, a few have been demolished. One, still awaiting its fate, stands proudly overlooking a bridge on the former GT line that has seen countless trains over the last century. Today, the only traffic is by the Mid Michigan railroad, as they make a local run 3 to 4 times a week.
