| The Monticello Local makes a rare trip to Monticello to take cars out of the Xcel Energy Nuclear Plant that it left last week. The few trips made in late October were the first runs into Monticello in nine years. We checked the rail, and some of it was manufactured in 1912, the year the Titanic sank! |
