A Metrolink to Rivrside passes the massive Dynamics Logistics warehouse on the East Bank Line of the River Subdivsion, while a Union Pacific intermodal follows it. Although Metrolink owns these tracks, only Riverside Line trains (the UP Los Angeles Sub) utilize the East Bank Line. The warehouse had been part of Sears, Roebuck, back in the catalog days. It is now owned by a third party freight logistics company, that provides storage and distribution to others.
