| Heading back south out of Manchester, L563 has 25 cars and the 2 plows in tow. The local plowed on the way north today and now is running normal home. Both plows are facing north because there is nowhere to turn the plows at Cedar Rapids. This way they will be ready for the next snow storm to hit. |
