| Fresh out of the shops, one of the two latest NPCU's to be converted from powered F40s to depowered cab-control F40s. 278 does have an air compressor in the carbody to help with main reservoir issues on the Talgos.
I rode this train into Portland where the snow was falling, and couldn't stick around for a departure-to-Seattle shot. |
