Burlington Northern E9Au 9911 (ex-BN 9981, nee-CB&Q 9986B) is in charge of Metra train #1211 on October 19, 1990, as it passes through Berwin, Illinois' Harlem Avenue Station on its way to the suburbs. Time was quickly running out for these venerable E-units, and in July 1992 the 9911 (along with most of the E-unit fleet) would be retired.
