| This Brugeois-Nivelles electric motor is in charge of the "P train" I just rode from Bruxelles. When delivered in 1954 to the SNCB, it was a Series 122, but was reclassified as a Series 22 in 1971. The cars are Class M4 in their orignal unrebuilt bordeaux livery. "P-trains" are the SNCB's commuter runs. The Waloons call the railroad the Societe Nationale Des Chemins De Fer Belges, while the Flemish call it Nationale Maatschappij Der Belgische Spoorwegen (Belgian National Railways). |
