| With the two 'big' engines in the shops, Strasburg was forced to use a helper on their 9-car Easter Bunny Trains. Here both engines work hard up the 1% grade between Cherry Hill and Esbenshade, where the helper would be cut off. With N&W 475 due out in early summer and GW 90 to follow soon after, it may be a while before we see non-charter helper service again. |
