| This ex-CNW unit is still used by the elevator at Seward to load grain trains. This unit originally came to C&NW from Precision National in February 1981 as an ex-CRI&P unit. This high nose unit was then rebuilt and chop nosed at Trans Global in Marshalltown in 1999 before coming to it's current home. The number boards were left in the nose when rebuilt in 99 making this unit look quite unusual. |
