Remarks & Notes

There may be more spectacular places in the world to see a steam locomotive in action, but I'd venture there are none more beautiful than Berwyn. The River Dee cascades over falls overlooked by the Chain Bridge Hotel (recommended!) and the delightfully half-timbered station house. This image tries to do justice to the location, but fails dismally due to a lack of 3-D and sensurround!
