| Canadian Northern completed the Ashcroft Sub in 1915, CN 107 rolls through here on its Toronto-Vancouver journey in 2008. The scenery just east of Ashcroft looks the same way it did in 1915, however the trains have changed and it is still difficult to understand how they built through the inhospitible Thompson Canyon 93 years ago. |
