| Q353 is in the middle of a parade of westbounds who had to wait for 2 eastbounds to clear J&L Tunnel which was having signal problems and all trains had to stop and proceed to get through. Dark storm clouds loom over downtown, as it was actually raining and thundering on the other side of the river as I was standing in the 80 degree sun. |
