| Ex-LMS '8F' No.48151 is heading from west to east with a special running to the East Coast resort of Scarborough from Carnforth. She is approaching Long Preston and Settle Junction is about a mile behind the train. For non-UK viewers who wonder what Yorkshire 'Dales' scenery is like, this is a fair impression. Sadly, the flock of sheep that moments before were in the foreground, had scattered on hearing the approaching locomotive! |
