| A low flying Army National Guard CH-47D Chinook helicopter passes over Belmar as an F40PH-2CAT led Long Branch Shuttle crosses the Shark River into Avon-by-the-Sea. A crane sits idle for the weekend between the tracks and the Route 35 bridge. The wooden trestle that spanned the Shark River is still undergoing replacement with concrete peirs. The New Jersey Transit advertisement on Shark draw could used some touching up. |
