| A National Park Service Volunteer flags the intersection as Car 1601 passes the Tsongas Arena in Lowell, Massachusetts. This entertainment venue is named for the late Paul Tsongas, a Massachusetts Senator who lived in Lowell and championed the legislation that resulted in the creation of the Lowell National Historical Park. |
