| The old Palouse River & Coulee City won't wear this name for too much longer. Stan is annoyed with this photographer tagging these shots as "PCC", not "W&I". Nothing a little spray paint won't fix. Stan pauses on the stairs and eyes the ground while PCC 4204 slows to a stop. |
