| The South Crew rolls pass the old Rock Island depot at La Porte. With the Cedar River Bridge still out in Waterloo, this end of the railroad isn't seeing alot of traffic. When this job does run it now runs as a push-pull operation due to the moves needed to get over the UP to the Crandic in Cedar Rapids. Today task is to move 45 storage boxes out of Waterloo to Palo that have flood damage wheels now fixed on them and also to spot 3 cars at Vinton Coop, then lit engines back to Waterloo. |
