| Illinois Central's Peoria Local operated its last run as an assigned job on Saturday August 30th, with the job going to the extra board. The local has been a favorite since its noon call time at Decatur and the scenic run up to Peoria and return is usually in favorable light. Here, the 3140 is coupled to Wisconsin Central GP40 3014 as she rolls past the Chestervale elevator and a BUDA wheel stop on the siding.
