Remarks & Notes 

      


      
Several roads and railways need repairs after the floods in the Carpathian Mountains. As the forests in the high mountains have been totally hewed out leaving only grassy hillsides behind with nothing to stop the water from the melting snow or after downpours floods come quickly and high. This railway between Delyatin and Dobrotov (and on to Kolomiya) has been under repairs for three weeks when the photo was taken.
