| This Harding St, IN (Indianapolis) to Carlisle, IN empty coal train is about off the connection track at Sullivan. The INRD built a new connection to the CSX at Sullivan in early 2008 that would allow access the loadout at Sunrise Mine at Carlisle. This train will use about 10 miles of CSX track to get to the loadout. |
