Steam locomotive engineer Rowland Fogarty steps down from the pilot of the 3751 after finishing his inspection duties of the locomotive during a service stop at the Miramar Wye on September 21st, 2008. Rowland was the engineer on the train for the move from San Diego to the Miramar Wye and back, and from Hobart to 8th Street yards on the return leg of the trip. San Bernardino Railroad Historical Society (SBRHS.org) steam locomotive 3751 was employed to carry 24 private cars of The American Association of Private Railroad Car Owners (AAPRCO) special convention train between Los Angeles, San Diego and San Pedro.
