After being stopped between Pine Bluffs and Egbert to investigate for dragging equipmemt, the NPHK gets going again with 3 clean burning C30-7s, a crunchy lashup for the GE fanatic freezing his a@@ off in the stiff 40+ mph, 20 degree Wyoming "breeze".
