| An awesome sight for an SD40-2 fan in the year 2008! UP 3169 basks in the glow of an autumn afternoon, leading the LDP45 'Dirt Train' on the Pierce Oil spur at Price. This beauty was rebuilt by UP into an SD40-2R and dressed in contemporary livery including lightning stripe paint and a yellow frame stripe. This product of EMD was constructed for the UP back in March 1972. |
