I was feeling this engineer's pain as we waited for 4 hours to get these 2 GP 39's up and going from the cold weather over night. This isn't the pictures you hope for on your 1st trip to the D & I. Instead of a 8am departure, it ended up around 1pm. Cold weather overnight caused these units to pop a plug and drain all the water out.
