| The Ultimate Railfan's House! Unlike El Paso county to the south, Douglas county allows very little development along the Front Range. Somehow this guy got lucky enough to build his house with two observation decks within sight of the double main Joint Line just north of Palmer Lake with a mountain view as the backdrop. Today, coal empties work their way north for a trip back to the mines. |
