Very small decals indicate this S4's ownership of Neosho Construction, but very clear reporting marks of Santa Fe subsidiary Illinois Northern shine on.. But alas, this shot is at a scrapyard in Casper, and the fate of this gem is imminent. When I left Casper in 1987, it was still there. Look at this scene and tell me how windy it was!
