| My first and last picture in South Carolina, moments after I got this shot of a light engine I was surrounded by 3 of South Carolina's finest. I was questioned and searched for about 20 minutes. These guys were not happy about me taking this photo and I was told "there are some trains you just don't take pictures of here in South Carolina and today is not a good day to be taking pictures of trains". There was even a helicoptor flying overhead! My thoughts after being deemed not a terrorist are that this lone geep must have been going to a military base to get something very "top seceret". By far my worst railfaning experience ever, all for a picture of a LIGHT ENGINE! |
