| TTC's sole Witt still on the property makes occasional forays outside the shops, always trailing a PCC and followed by a CLRV (here 4041, newly-air-conditioned) as the brakes are not fully trusted. It usually performs better than its counterparts, as it did once again on a rainy and dreary September afternoon. |
