| The sun has just appeared over the Blue Ridge Mountains as a 8 hour late 204 climbs out of the Shenandoah River Valley on the trip to Rutherford Intermodal Yard in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. To the viewers right in the image is the grading for the new 5 miles of second main from Riverton Junction to Ashby Station. |
