CR 7508 and 5959 (Why Two Geeps? My Guess, We Don't Trust Our Power) Head One of Two Evening Commuter trains to Valpariaso The smoke? After the diesels idled in Union Station for a while shoot built up in the exhaust systems. The first time the engineer notched up you get what you see here: soot - moisture.
