SO this is a banner check... Rolling up the Pokey today, I round the bend and spot a white Ford Escape, and over on the tracks is a large white vinyl sign that states OBSTRUCTION STOP. After 9747 spots and stops in time, they radio'd the engineer to proceed up to the sign, that they had some goodies for them. Interesting...
