| The 50th anniversary of the class 40's saw this Birmingam New Street - Lowestoft railtour pass Manningtree in fine spring sunshine. The class 40's were originally introduced on the London - Norwich services in 1958 replacing Britannia 4-6-2 Pacifics. |
