Once numbering nearly 278, CN's fleet of GP40-2L and GP40-2W locomotives has been reduced to a paltry 61 units. 9543, one of the survivors, is seen here under stormy clouds on train 577, one of the last bastions assigned GP40-2L/W's in the Greater Toronto Area.
