| Manchester was a prime spot to catch grain train power laying over after delivering to the south side Port of Houston elevators. Photography releases could be obtained from the PTRA offices in Union Station in downtown Houston, and as long as you didn't make an ass of yourself, you could really get some good stuff on the 'Port. |
