| The crew of Union Pacific's daily Hinkle, OR to Roper, UT manifest pauses briefly for a clear signal from main #3 through Grant Tower toward their journey's end at Roper yard. The two SD9043MAC units look relatively good for 10 years of hard labor on the Union Pacific. Many of these unusual machines were recently moved to manifest service from years of dedicated service in coal movement and other heavy bulk trains. |
