With the active fleet now entirely comprised of new NRE and MPI-built Genset locomotives, PHL NRE 3GS21B #30 rests in the Wilmington, CA locomotive facility on a quiet Saturday morning. Other locomotives sharing space that morning include MP20C-3 #62 and NRE 3GS21C #81
