| Slugging it out on the stiff grade that began at Caliente, BNSF 4985 negotiates the nearly constant curvature of old Espee's assault on the Tehachapi range on a warm Friday afternoon. The southbound manifest is about to enter Tunnel No.2 and has two more units in DP mode on the rear. |
