    Remarks & Notes 
    Inbound toward City Center and Independence Hall, SEPTA #2271 is on 4th. St. in 50-Line service. It is May of 1976 an d 4 years later the 50 would be converted to bus. Car #2271 (former Kansas City PS #777) would be sold in 1985 to Vintage Electric Streetcar Co. In the photo it is wearing SEPTA's bi-centennial colors and named for Rhode Island
