| Isolated from the rest of railroad nation by washouts and track removals, Moore-Keppel & Co. Climax #3 now rules the roost on what remains of the old C&O Durbin Branch. Here, she runs compass east (railroad north) toward milepost 92 enroute back to Durbin Depot. I like this particular view as the passenger consist is obscured and you can almost imagine her running logs or freight in this very remote stretch of wilderness West Virginia. |
