| An empty coal train is slowing chasing Amtrak #5 west across the Ottumwa Sub. Due to traffic at Burlington the Dispatcher didnt get this empty out of Amtrak's way fast enought to not cause a delay tonight. Just about all the Ottumwa Sub is ABS so it's common practice is to use the few CTC spots to get Z-trains and Amtrak around the slower coal trains. |
