With an older scheme in the lead, a CSX powered mixed freight rounds the curve at East Bridge Tower on NOPB trackage. The NOPB is in the midst of a slew of capital improvements on the heels of it's 100 year anniversary, as evidenced by the welded rail in the foreground, soon to be installed.
